For garage door repair companies

Your customers are happy. Google just doesn't know it yet.

Most happy customers would leave you a 5-star review. They just never get asked at the right moment. ReviewLark asks every customer after every job, with a one-tap link to your Google profile, and follows up so you don't have to.

No contracts. No fake reviews. Founding clients pay nothing for the first 30 days.

Why it matters

When a garage door breaks, people pick from the map.

A stuck door is urgent. Homeowners search "garage door repair near me," look at the top few results, and call the one that looks most trusted. That decision takes seconds, and it's mostly made on stars and review count.

Reviews help you show up

The number of reviews, how recent they are and your rating all play a part in who Google shows first in local results.

Reviews win the call

Two companies, same price: the one with 140 recent reviews gets the call over the one with 12, even if the second one does better work.

Asking is the hard part

Your techs are busy and you're running a business. Asking every single customer, at the right time, consistently, is the step that slips.

How it works

Three steps. Very little of your time.

You keep fixing doors. ReviewLark handles the asking.

Free review audit

I compare your Google Business Profile to the top garage door companies in your area: reviews, rating, recency and profile gaps. You'll see exactly where you stand, whether or not we work together.

Past-customer campaign

Send me a list of past customers and I'll reach out with a friendly, personal request and a one-tap link to your Google profile. This is usually where the first wave of new reviews comes from.

Every new job, automatically

From then on, each customer gets a short, polite request after the job, plus a reminder if they haven't left a review yet. You get a simple monthly report showing what came in.

Done for you. I set everything up; you don't learn new software.

Messages in your name, written to sound like you, not a robot.

Polite follow-ups: one reminder, never spam.

Help replying to reviews, good and bad, so your profile looks active and cared for.

Profile tune-up: fixing missing hours, photos, services and other gaps the audit finds.

Monthly report, plain and short: reviews gained, rating, how you compare locally.

Founding client offer

Your first 30 days are on me.

ReviewLark is new, and I'd rather prove it works than ask you to take my word for it. I'm taking on a small number of founding clients:

  • I set everything up and run your past-customer campaign, free for 30 days.
  • If you're not seeing new reviews, you owe nothing. We part as friends.
  • If you are, you continue at the founding rate of $197/month, locked in for 12 months. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice.
  • All I ask in return is honest feedback, and a testimonial if you're happy.

The ReviewLark promise

Real reviews from real customers. Nothing else.

Shortcuts can get a Google profile penalized. Everything I do follows Google's review policies, so your profile stays safe.

No fake reviews

Every review comes from a real customer you actually served. Never bought, never written by us.

Your customer list stays private

Your customers' details are used only to ask for their review on your behalf. Never sold, shared or used for anything else.

We ask everyone

No filtering out customers who might be unhappy. Honest feedback helps you improve, and it makes your 5 stars believable.

Who you'll be working with

Hi, I'm Ndumiso.

I've been working on review systems for home service businesses since 2023. I've seen how many good local companies lose calls to competitors who aren't better, just better at asking for reviews.

When you work with ReviewLark, you work with me directly: no call centers, no handoffs. I'm based in South Africa and keep my schedule around US business hours.

My faith shapes how I work: honestly, and with your success ahead of my own. If I'm not helping your business, I don't want your money.

Questions

Common questions

Will this annoy my customers?

No. Each customer gets one short, friendly request after their job and at most one reminder. Anyone who doesn't want to hear from you again simply won't.

Do I need to buy or learn any software?

No. I set up and run everything. All you do is share your customer details after jobs (or connect the system you already use) and I take it from there.

What if someone leaves a bad review?

It happens to every business, and a few honest critiques actually make your 5-star reviews more believable. I'll help you write a calm, professional reply. Owners who respond well to criticism often win more trust than those with a "perfect" profile.

Is asking for reviews allowed by Google?

Yes. Google encourages businesses to ask their customers for reviews. What it doesn't allow is fake reviews, rewarding people for reviews, or only asking happy customers. ReviewLark does none of those, so your profile stays safe.

What does it cost after the first 30 days?

Founding clients pay a flat $197/month after the free 30 days, locked in for 12 months, with no long-term contract. Cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. If the first 30 days don't produce new reviews, you don't pay anything.

Do you only work with garage door companies?

That's my focus, so I can do it well. If you run a different home service business, get in touch anyway and I'll tell you honestly whether I can help.
